Sports Trivia Web App (solo build)

• Built and launched a live sports trivia site with daily quizzes, global leaderboards, private group rooms, and league modes for six major sports.
• Pulled live data from ESPN, MLB StatsAPI, NHL, Football Data, and balldontlie APIs.
• Hosted on Vercel with GitHub auto deploys and Cloudflare DNS.

Kent State Capstone (team of 3)

• Built classification models for Mobility and Cognitive Disability across 2,293 U.S. counties using CDC PLACES data.
• Trained 1,000+ models in MATLAB with 5 fold cross validation and a held out test set.
• Reached 98.83% test accuracy for Mobility (Cubic SVM) and 97.08% for Cognitive (Wide Neural Network).
• Caught and fixed a labeling bug in an earlier dataset version, lifting best model accuracy from ~88% to ~99%.

Solo

• Analyzed 65,000+ NBA games in Python and Power BI to measure home court impact across teams, seasons, and game contexts.

Solo

• Built an interactive Excel dashboard on 5,432 CMS hospitals with a lookup tool and pivot tables.
• Used XLOOKUP and AVERAGEIF to pull hospital profiles and compute state level benchmarks on the fly.
• Built a custom Performance Score from mortality, safety, and readmission measures as a ranking tiebreaker.
• Added KPI cards and three slicers so users can filter the full dashboard by state, ownership, or hospital type.

• Managed daily operations, making sure practices and games ran smoothly.
